What You'll Do
- Focus on Transportation and Trucking insurance sales.
- Set and achieve new business goals.
- Utilize our Sales Tools to identify, target, and prospect new business and create a sales pipeline.
- Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and record opportunities into CRM (Salesforce.com).
- Work with internal teams to identify cross-sell opportunities and maximize results.
- Attend community events, leverage personal networks, and participate in activities that drive sales.
- Stay current on license and education requirements.
- Attend trainings to stay updated on market trends, laws, and coverages.
- Travel as needed.

What You'll Need
- Valid insurance licenses and driver’s licenses.
- 3+ years of insurance sales experience.
- Understanding of insurance underwriting and rating procedures.
- Self-starter with strong communication and sales skills.
- Competitive, persistent, energetic, and driven.
