Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; ability to obtain required certifications.
• FEMA certifications for EOC duty desired; Florida driver license preferred.
• Knowledge of school transportation safety policies and state laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor transportation safety measures and policies.
• Review bus stops/routes for hazardous conditions; issue citations as needed.
• Investigate accidents; prepare on-scene reports and maintain records.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and school officials on safety concerns.
