Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Transportation Risk Manager within the Transportation Risk and Compliance (TRC) team in Nashville, TN. You will drive compliance and monitoring improvements, architect scalable solutions, and partner with cross-functional teams to reduce risk while enabling business growth.

The role requires strong data-driven mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to handle ambiguity. You will lead audits, automate workflows, and provide clear guidance to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Experience establishing successful partnerships with internal and external teams to execute tactical initiatives or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and improve audit and monitoring activities by identifying inefficiencies in how they are designed, configured, and executed — then building or coordinating technical solutions.
• Be an expert at handling escalations and making enforcement recommendations to business team.
• Automate and streamline internal team workflows, reducing manual effort and increasing consistency in how work gets planned, tracked, and delivered.
• Provide precise reports and clear recommendations to internal stakeholders and Amazon leadership wherever required.
• Meet individual and team goals with the highest standards and diligence.
• Lead and/or participate in special projects and/or assignments as necessary.
