Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Finance Manager for Amazon Logistics in Nashville, TN. You will lead a team of analysts, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive strategic decision support, financial controllership, and cost reduction across the network.

You will own planning, forecasting, and reporting models, while guiding long-term strategic initiatives and monthly business reviews for a high-growth transportation operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field.
• 5+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL and data mining tools.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic partnerships with business partners and influence decisions using data.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts.
• Analyze quantitative data to drive cost reduction and business improvements.
• Recommend and implement policies to improve profitability and competitive position.
• Engage on-the-floor with associates to promote customer focus, and manage weekly/monthly close, planning and forecasting processes.
