Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR-related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build trust with candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit driver candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and candidate assessments.
• Guide applicants through the entire hiring and onboarding process.
• Coordinate background checks, driving record reviews, licensing verification, and employment documentation.
• Schedule and facilitate new driver orientations and onboarding activities.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified driver candidates.
• Partner with operations and management to meet driver staffing needs and hiring goals.
• Attend job fairs and recruiting events to promote opportunities.
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting metrics.
• Provide ongoing communication and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
