Job summary

Verida Inc. seeks a Transportation Provider Ombudsman to serve as the primary liaison for contracted providers in Wisconsin, supporting a high-quality provider network.

The role involves credentialing, training coordination, and collaboration with Compliance, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 3+ years in provider contracting or operations, with strong communication and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in provider contracting, network management, or transportation operations.
• Experience with NEMT, Medicaid programs, or regulated transportation services preferred.
• Proven contract preparation skills with knowledge of reimbursement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison and advocate for contracted transportation providers regarding operational concerns, contract interpretation, reimbursement matters, service expectations, and network participation.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with transportation providers to support engagement, retention, satisfaction, and network stability.
• Coordinate provider recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, orientation, and training coordination.
• Monitor provider performance trends, member feedback, complaint activity, and operational metrics; facilitate issue resolution and corrective actions.
