Job summary

Verida, Inc. is seeking a Provider Relations Manager in Atlanta, GA to build and maintain a regional NEMT provider network. You will recruit providers, manage relationships, and guide providers through credentialing and financials while ensuring compliance and efficient network operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory/management and vendor/contract management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and reporting abilities with attention to detail.
• Able to juggle multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
• Must pass DMV records check and credit check.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new providers to Verida network.
• Plan work, supervise staff, and address conflicts.
• Build relationships with providers and educate them to succeed.
• Analyze provider performance and profitability.
• Coordinate provider credentialing and implementation.
• Travel up to 50% and facilitate provider town halls.
• Create reports to monitor network performance.
