• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with transportation or brokerage software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive provider relationships at local and regional levels.
• Manage transportation execution across all modes for the assigned area.
• Drive performance against safety, on-time delivery, and Perfect Trip metrics.
• Conduct provider training on policies, portals, and system changes.
• Identify process improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Travel up to 70% to meet providers and attend industry events.
