Job summary

Verida is seeking a Provider Relations Manager in Atlanta, GA to build and maintain the regional provider network and oversee transportation providers for the Verida network. You will recruit providers, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with requirements while optimizing network performance.

The role demands 3–5 years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and analytical skills; travel up to 50%; a bachelor's degree is preferred, and DMV/credit checks may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years supervisory/management experience; vendor/contract management exposure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure.
• Interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations; professional demeanor.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Qlik Sense preferred.
• Valid driving license; ability to pass DMV records check; credit check.
• Military/EMS background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new Providers to Verida network via face-to-face meetings and other channels.
• Plan, direct, reward and discipline employees; address complaints and conflicts.
• Build and maintain relationships with Providers; act as SME for provider business.
• Educate Providers on success within Verida's network.
• Work with Providers on financials to maintain profitability.
• Guide Providers through claims process when needed.
• Negotiate fair contracted rates for Verida and Providers.
• Provide feedback to improve fleet efficiency and routing.
• Onboard and train Providers and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Lead network digitization efforts and coordinate provider applications.
