Job summary

Verida Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Provider Relations Manager to build and maintain the provider network across the region. You will recruit providers, negotiate contracts, credential providers, and support their ongoing success.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of supervisory/management experience.
• 2 to 3 years of supervisory/management experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new Providers to Verida network via multiple methods.
• Plan, sign and direct work; including rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints.
• Build and maintain relationships with Providers and educate them.
• Work with Providers on their financials to maintain profitability.
• Coordinate Provider credentialing and implementation.
• Ensure Providers meet compliance requirements with the Compliance Team.
• Travel up to 50% and facilitate Provider town hall meetings.
• Create reports to determine Provider needs and network performance.
