WGI is seeking a Proposal Manager, Transportation with 10+ years of experience to join our Business Development Division in multiple Florida offices. The focus is strategy and coordination, guiding pursuit managers and proposal coordinators to craft compliant, winning proposals.

You will drive client-centric content, manage production timelines, and ensure quality across messages, visuals, and boilerplate. Strong leadership, communication, and Adobe/Microsoft Office skills are required; travel

• Must adjust to multiple deadlines and delegate when needed.
• Attention to detail and constructive feedback capability.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Effective use of AI is a plus.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support Transportation pursuit managers on pre-marketing efforts and go/no go decisions.
• Collaborate on strategic planning, pre-marketing intelligence, and win strategies.
• Manage proposal teams and ensure compliant, high-quality proposals.
• Coordinate production of content with technical staff and subconsultants.
• Work with graphic designers on proposal visuals and presentations.
• Lead resumes, project descriptions, and boilerplate material updates.
• Ensure page-turned quality control and messaging consistency.
• Coach and assist proposal coordinators in production processes.
