WGI is seeking a Proposal Manager, Transportation to lead strategic pursuit efforts across multiple Florida offices. You will guide proposal content, coordinate teams, and ensure compliant, winning submissions for transportation projects.

The role emphasizes go/no-go decisions, client-focused messaging, and rigorous quality control. The position requires 10+ years in proposals within the A/E/C sector, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage concurrent deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support Transportation pursuit managers on pre-marketing efforts and go/no-go decisions.
• Collaborate on strategic planning and develop win strategies from pre-marketing insights.
• Manage proposal teams, coordinators, and specialists.
• Coordinate with technical staff, subconsultants, and graphic designers for content and visuals.
• Ensure quality and consistency of messages, boilerplate, resumes, and project descriptions.
• Lead proposal production planning meetings and review processes.
