Job summary

WGI is seeking a Proposal Manager for Transportation to lead strategy and coordination across multiple Florida offices. The role emphasizes pursuing complex transportation work, coordinating proposal production, and delivering client-focused, compliant proposals.

The position requires 10+ years of experience, strong writing/editing, and ability to manage deadlines with teams across a broad geographic footprint. A strong background in A/E/C proposals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Transportation pursuit managers on pre-marketing efforts and participates in go/no go process.
• Collaborate on strategic planning: evaluate pre-marketing intelligence, identify client concerns, and develop win strategies.
• Manage the proposal teams, including coordinators and specialists.
• Be aligned with Transportation Division strategic and business plans.
• Coordinate production of compliant proposals and follow the management process.
• Coordinate content development with technical staff and subconsultants.
• Work with graphic designers to develop proposal graphics.
• Analyze debriefs and apply lessons learned to strategy and reviews.
• Lead proposal production planning meetings and coordinate presentations.
• Participate in presentation rehearsals and support materials quality.
