PRR is seeking a Strategic Growth Specialist to lead proposal development for our Transportation Division, managing pursuits from capture planning through interviews and building strong relationships with project teams and leadership.

You will craft persuasive content, coordinate with technical staff and designers, and ensure winning proposals while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance across all submissions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3–5 years in marketing and proposal development.
• AEC industry experience and familiarity with public sector procurement, transportation focus preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with concise, persuasive language.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end pursuits, capture planning, proposal development, submission, and interview.
• Lead pursuit meetings with leads, PMs, technical staff, and leadership.
• Develop interview decks and talking points.
• Coordinate information requests, customize resumes and project examples.
• Review submissions for compliance and quality.
• Collaborate with designers on layout and branding for proposals.
• Maintain Deltek Vantagepoint data accuracy.
• Train and mentor staff on business development best practices.
