Job summary

PRR in Washington, DC is seeking a Strategic Growth Specialist to lead proposal development for the Transportation Division, managing pursuits end to end from capture planning through interview, and coordinating with project teams and leadership.

You will craft proposal content, write and edit non-technical copy, and ensure compliance, while shepherding resumes, project examples, and go/no-go processes using Deltek Vantagepoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, English, journalism, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of marketing and proposal development; public sector transportation familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage pursuits end to end, from capture planning through interview.
• Lead pursuit meetings with project teams and leadership.
• Develop proposal content and oversee editorial quality.
• Prepare slide decks for interview readiness.
• Coordinate information requests and teaming partner communications.
