Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Three and one-half (3-1/2) years of progressively responsible professional experience planning, directing, managing, monitoring, and evaluating projects. Such experience must include determining project goals, scope, deliverables, timelines, costs, and resources; leading project teams; administering budgets and contracts; tracking project progress to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget; documenting project progress; and identifying metrics for project evaluation.
• The State of Hawaii requires all persons seeking employment with the government of the State shall be citizens, nationals, or permanent resident aliens of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States.
• Applicants must possess a valid driver's license at the time of appointment.
