Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Three and one-half (3-1/2) years of progressively responsible professional experience planning, directing, managing, monitoring, and evaluating projects.
• Applicants must possesso valid driver's license at the time of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, manage, implement and evaluate projects according to project management principles and methods.
• Define project goals to determine required outcomes; analyze and create detailed project plans with deliverables, timelines, costs, resources and risk.
• Regularly communicate with project staff, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders on project activities.
• Monitor project progress to ensure milestones are met on time; develop and implement mechanisms to evaluate successes and areas for improvement.
