Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 1.5 years of progressively responsible professional work experience in property management.
• Experience in business, commercial, or industrial real property management.
• Substitutions allowed as described in the Minimum Qualification Requirements.
• Valid driver's license at time of appointment.
• Pre-employment fingerprint-based criminal history record check for SIDA clearance.
