Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Transportation Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Promote and encourage reduction of single-occupancy vehicles (SOV) by supporting public transit, carpooling, biking, walking, and other alternative commuting options.
• Ensure global development projects conform to established transportation standards across all levels of complexity.
• Maintain and update regional project guide standards and complete PSBs to align with evolving standards.
• Assist in delivery of a diverse portfolio including regional transportation initiatives and distributed office projects (bike rooms, parking facilities, EV charging) through partnership with stakeholders.
• Review and provide feedback on project design packages throughout concept to construction phases.
• Coordinate site walk activities, ensure contractor adherence to transportation design requirements, and finalize fit-up requirements prior to delivery.
