CBRE is seeking a Transportation Project Manager for the Bay Area, focused on aligning and executing strategic transportation priorities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Transportation Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in transportation, workplace construction, corporate logistics, or project coordination.
• PMP or AICP certification is highly preferred and will be considered a significant asset.

Responsibilities

• Promote and encourage reduced single-occupancy vehicle use by supporting public transit, carpooling, biking, walking, and other options.
• Ensure global development projects conform to transportation standards across all levels of complexity.
• Maintain and update regional project guide standards and complete Project-Specific Briefs (PSBs).
• Assist in delivering a diverse portfolio including transportation-infrastructure initiatives and distributed office projects via internal/external partnerships.
• Review and provide feedback on design packages through concept to construction phases.
• Coordinate site walk activities and ensure contractor adherence to transportation design requirements.
