Job summary

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, prepare proposals, and manage multiple smaller to mid-size projects with an eye toward quality and risk management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and several years of experience, with strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of task management or Deputy PM experience.
• PE certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation; assist in proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison and manage the project team to deliver scope, schedule, budgets.
• Perform technical tasks including analysis, reports, design, specifications, and production.
• Lead the project management plan execution and mentor the team toward objectives.
• Coordinate staffing, recruitment, development, retention, and performance reviews.
• Support business development and pursuit of strategic and mini-mega projects.
