Qualifications

• BS or MS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited university.
• Proven ability to manage transportation and infrastructure projects from planning through construction.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across multiple disciplines.
• Strong client relationship management and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation and infrastructure projects from planning and design through construction support.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams including engineers, designers, planners, and subconsultants.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk; monitor performance and needs of client relationships.
• Develop and manage work plans, staffing, budgets, and change management documentation.
• Support business development activities including client meetings and scope development.
