Responsibilities

• Oversee design and preparation of preliminary, right of way and final contract plans for highway projects.
• Manage Interstate and Primary design projects to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Provide project management services for VDOT and Locally Administered urban area projects.
• Communicate with internal staff, local governments, consultants, citizens and FHWA.
