Job summary

Arvato Bertelsmann is seeking an experienced transportation leader to oversee North American logistics operations, optimize multi-location networks, and drive cost efficiency and KPI reporting. You will manage carrier relationships, implement improvements, and support onboarding of new clients and carriers.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in logistics with strong leadership, analytics, and proficiency in TMS, Excel, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in multi-location logistics planning and operations.
• Experience in transportation management for NA clients.
• Proven leadership of logistics or transportation teams.
• Strong financial modeling and presentation skills.
• Experience with TMS, Excel, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NA transportation management and carrier relationships.
• Analyze networks and optimize multi-location transportation solutions.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and cost-management strategies.
• Lead onboarding of new customers and carriers.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and SOP documentation.
