Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Project Manager for Transportation to manage the full transport process chain during new carrier and client implementations. You will coordinate with carriers, clients, IT, and account management, ensuring professional communication and effective problem resolution.

You will implement transport projects, translate requirements into IT work packages, and support testing and go-live activities to deliver reliable logistics solutions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP WMS and TM modules is required.
• Experience with carrier requirements and domestic/international shipping.
• Independent self-starter with multitasking ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT aptitude.
• Minimum two years of transport or logistics experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implement transport-related projects within Arvato.
• Lead implementation of new customers and carriers in SAP-TM.
• Translate customer/carrier requests into IT/work packages.
• Analyze and optimize existing transportation processes.
• Develop and standardize project management processes for high service quality.
• Support testing and go-live activities with business and IT teams.
• Serve as interface/point of contact for carriers, IT and account management.
• Foster teamwork and trust across Arvato and customers.
