Job summary

CornerStone Technology Talent Services seeks an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Implementation Project Manager to lead TM rollouts and site enablement across multiple locations. You will oversee deployment planning, develop rollout playbooks, coordinate business and IT teams, and manage testing, cutover, hypercare, and user adoption.

The role requires deep SAP TM expertise, strong stakeholder management, and proven ability to drive multi-site projects in a hybrid/onsite setting

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology, consulting, or project delivery experience.
• 7-8 years of SAP TM implementation, rollout, or deployment experience.
• Strong understanding of transportation and logistics business processes.
• Experience managing SAP TM or TMS site enablement and multi-site rollouts.
• Knowledge of the SAP TM configuration and deployment lifecycle.
• Experience managing rollout planning, UAT, cutover, and hypercare.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience creating rollout playbooks and detailed deployment plans.
• Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule aligned with the US Central Time Zone.
• Ability to travel within the United States as required.

Work Setting: Hybrid/Onsite - Nearest Applicable Delivery Office

Candidate Location: Candidates must currently reside in TX, FL, AZ, SC, NC, KY, GA, IN, or TN to be considered.

Travel: May require travel to Chicago, Rochester, and San Antonio

Schedule: US Central Time Zone

Contract: Long Term Contract

C2C arrangements and third-party vendor submissions will not be considered for this role.
