Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Project Manager for Transportation in Wisconsin to oversee end-to-end transport projects, including onboarding new customers and carriers in the SAP-TM system. You will coordinate with IT, account management, and carriers to translate requirements into executable work packages and ensure on-time go-lives.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport or logistics environments preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP WMS and TM modules.
• Experience with carrier requirements (LTL, FTL, Small Parcel) and domestic & international shipping.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead transport-related projects from initiation to implementation.
• Implement new customers and carriers in SAP-TM with IT collaboration.
• Translate customer/carrier requests into workable IT work packages.
• Analyze and optimize transport processes to deliver best solutions.
• Develop and standardize project management processes for high service quality.
• Support testing and go-live activities and training during implementations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, carriers, IT and internal teams.
• Foster teamwork and trust across Arvato and customers.
