Job summary

Egis in the United States is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead transportation design projects for FDOT, counties, and municipalities. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, and QA/QC while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.

The role requires Florida PE license, 5+ years of PM experience, and proven business development capabilities in Florida. Strong communication and leadership will be essential to drive projects and foster client relationships.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering required.
• 5+ years PM on transportation projects.
• Florida Professional Engineer license required.
• Business development/marketing experience in Florida.
• Strong verbal and written communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation design project management for FDOT, Florida Turnpike, counties, and municipalities.
• Develop design documentation, reports, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with staff, disciplines, and sub-consultants to ensure quality.
• Manage staff utilization and project budgets/schedules.
• Lead client development, proposals, and presentations.
