Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- PE license in Illinois is required.
- 8+ years of transportation engineering experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
Responsibilities
- Lead roadway and highway design tasks for projects of moderate to large complexity.
- Oversee junior engineers and manage daily tasks related to deliverables.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies and bridge-related elements.
- Develop preliminary design studies, reports, specs, and quantities.
- Represent the firm at professional transportation events.
- Ensure QA/QC and prepare cost estimates (EOPC).
