Qualifications

• B.S. in civil engineering from ABET/EAC-accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in proposals, client interviews, and stakeholder presentations.
• Determine project team staffing for assignments.
• Coordinate with internal/external disciplines to ensure complete design.
• Supervise design concepts, options, and criteria development.
• Perform analyses, document procedures, and ensure code compliance.
• Prepare design documents including schematics, details, calculations, and specs.
• Coordinate deliverables: plans, reports, cost estimates, commissioning docs.
• Work with project managers to align schedule, budget, and design criteria.
• Coordinate and complete permit requirements.
• Oversee construction administration and issue resolution.
• Close-out documentation with contractors, clients, and agencies.
• Contribute to TERRA standards and marketing materials.
• Mentor and oversee staff; participate in recruitment and selection.
