The ideal candidate holds a B.S. in civil/structural engineering (ABET/EAC-accredited), at least 8 years of experience, and SE licensure; credentials such as LEED AP or ENV SP are preferred. This role emphasizes mentorship, client coordination, and sign-off as Engineer of Record.

Qualifications

• ABET/EAC-accredited civil/structural engineering program is required.
• 8+ years of applicable engineering experience.
• SE is required; credentials such as LEED AP or ENV SP are preferred.
• Ability to supervise design concepts, calculations, and ensure code compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design coordination and prepare plans, details, and specifications.
• Provide QA/QC oversight and ensure code compliance.
• Mentor staff and participate in recruitment and candidate selection.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and agencies; sign and seal deliverables as Engineer of Record.
• Develop project estimates and assist in marketing materials.
• Ensure schedule and budget align with project criteria.
