Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related discipline.
• PLA/RLA licensure required.
• 8+ years of landscape architecture experience with supervision.
• LEED, Arborist or related credentials preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in proposal development and interviews for a range of project sizes.
• Support business development through client market understanding.
• Review agreements and identify staffing requirements.
• Initiate projects with accounting; assist monthly invoicing and AR tracking.
• Lead kick-off meetings and convey scope, tasks, budgets.
• Manage day-to-day activities and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure quality control/quality assurance of project deliverables.
• Prepare client and stakeholder presentations with senior management support.
• Monitor financial performance and adjust staffing to meet goals.
• Collaborate on project delivery strategy and risk mitigation.
• Lead construction administration and close-out documentation.
• Assist in authoring project descriptions for marketing materials.
