The role emphasizes collaboration with project managers and external agencies. Ideal candidate has a B.S. in civil engineering (ABET/EAC) with 8+ years of experience and PE or PTOE preferred.

Qualifications

• B.S. in civil engineering (ABET/EAC-accredited program).
• 8+ years of applicable engineering experience.
• PE preferred.
• PTOE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design coordination across disciplines to meet project requirements.
• Prepare plans, details, calculations, specifications, and utility coordination.
• Supervise design concepts and establish design criteria to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Coordinate project deliverables and permit requirements; manage budgets and schedules.
• Mentor staff and participate in recruitment and professional development.
