Job summary

Energy Land & Infrastructure, LLC in Nashville seeks an experienced Project Controller to lead project controls, cost management, forecasting, and financial reporting for a major transportation program delivered via DB, PDB, CMGC, or P3.

The role partners with the Project Director and executive leadership to ensure effective cost management, scheduling alignment, and contract compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project controls, project accounting, financial management, or project controller roles.
• 5+ years supporting transportation infrastructure projects.
• Experience with alternative delivery (DB, PDB, CMGC, or P3).
• DOT/toll authority or transit agency experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Deltek Ajera, Power BI, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and oversee project budgets from preconstruction through closeout.
• Establish and manage project cost control systems and reporting processes.
• Monitor expenditures, commitments, accruals, earned value, and cash flow.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and EAC analyses.
• Coordinate with accounting on revenue recognition, invoicing, and collections.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for leadership and clients.
