Oracle in Nashville, TN is seeking a Project Controls Scheduler Lead to own integrated scheduling across complex data center and infrastructure programs. You will drive CPM schedules using Primavera, coordinate field inputs, and provide actionable forecasts to leadership.

This senior role requires deep scheduling expertise, strong analytics, and the ability to connect field realities to executive reporting, aligning teams and milestones for on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 7–9+ years in project controls, scheduling, or portfolio management for large-scale infra projects.
• Expertise with Primavera P6 and Primavera Cloud.
• Strong CPM knowledge including critical path, float, baseline management, and recovery scheduling.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance, and governance of integrated project schedules and dashboards.
• Build and maintain CPM schedules in Primavera Cloud, including critical path and logic quality.
• Coordinate inputs from general contractor, suppliers, QA/QC, operations, and turnover teams.
• Perform cost, forecast, risk analyses and establish recovery plans.
• Deliver executive reporting and schedule governance across portfolios.
