Job summary

Poutrix is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our growing Mobility team in Orlando, FL. This hybrid role will involve project management excellence and leadership responsibilities to guide and develop a high-performing transportation group.

The candidate will manage transportation projects while building a collaborative team environment, importantly advancing public sector project management skills and leadership career concurrently.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive highway or transportation engineering design experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex FDOT and municipal transportation programs.
• Provide end-to-end project leadership including scope, schedule, budget management.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing transportation team.
• Drive strategic growth and operational performance.
• Serve as a trusted client advisor, resolving complex challenges.
• Collaborate across internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
