Job summary

Poutrix is seeking a Senior Transportation Program Manager to support our Mobility practice in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you will lead multidisciplinary teams delivering transportation projects, ensuring compliance with FDOT standards and successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a Florida PE license, and over 15 years of transportation experience, including project management. We offer a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $190,000 along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of transportation experience including project management.
• Experience managing FDOT PD&E projects.
• Knowledge of FDOT PD&E Manual and public involvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of transportation projects.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams delivering roadway projects.
• Develop and oversee project scopes, schedules, budgets.
• Manage FDOT PD&E studies and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as primary client contact and lead proposals.
