Qualifications

• Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• 8+ years of transportation engineering experience.
• Experience delivering projects for FDOT, counties or municipalities.
• Strong understanding of FDOT standards and delivery processes.
• Ability to lead teams and develop staff and long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams delivering transportation infrastructure.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and client communication.
• Oversee design, permitting, bidding, and construction support.
• Contribute to business development and client relationships.
