Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer in Florida (PE).
• Minimum 8+ years of transportation engineering experience.
• Proven ability to manage FDOT, county, and municipal projects.
• Strong leadership, client relationship, and staff mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver transportation projects on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate with FDOT and local agencies.
• Oversee quality control, risk management, and technical reviews.
• Support business development, proposals, and client relationships.
