Job summary

Network Rail Consulting (NRC) seeks an Associate Director, Project & Program Management to lead complex transportation and infrastructure engagements from our NYC office and client sites in New Jersey.

You will guide project and program delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk, manage multidisciplinary teams, develop client relationships, and contribute to NRC's growth in the US.

Qualifications

• Extensive project management experience within transportation, rail, transit, infrastructure, or related industries.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary projects and teams.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and project controls.
• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle, from planning and development through delivery and close-out.

Responsibilities

• Lead client projects and programs ensuring successful delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and experts to achieve project objectives.
• Develop execution strategies, delivery plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management processes.
• Manage project performance against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide governance, reporting, and performance management for client assignments.
