Job summary

Responsibilities

Develop project scope and fee quotation; assist in proposals and contracts.
Serve as primary client liaison to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets.
Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, and production.
Lead development and execution of the project management plan; supervise and mentor team.
Coordinate staffing, recruitment, and performance reviews; support for compensation reviews.
Support business development and pursuit efforts for strategic projects.
