Reveer Group is seeking a Transportation Practice Leader to guide the growth and direction of the Transportation Department in South Carolina. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, strengthen client relationships, and lead strategic growth initiatives with senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
PE license required.
10+ years of transportation engineering experience.
Experience with SCDOT and/or municipal transportation projects.
Established professional network within South Carolina's transportation industry.
Proven success developing client relationships and supporting business growth.
Experience leading teams, departments, or technical groups.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Define vision, direction, and growth strategy for the Transportation Department in SC.
Identify opportunities throughout South Carolina and pursue strategic opportunities.
Expand Reveer Group's transportation presence and market share.
Lead long-range planning and business strategy for the department.
Maintain relationships with SCDOT, counties, municipalities, MPOs, and stakeholders.
Recruit, develop, and mentor transportation professionals; foster ownership and accountability.
Provide senior technical leadership and QA/QC oversight on projects.
Collaborate with leadership to balance project delivery and staff development.
