Job summary

Dewberry in Charlotte, NC seeks a Transportation Group Leader to grow our transportation practice in Charlotte and lead the North Carolina group. You will oversee planning and engineering design resources to ensure profitable completion of projects while meeting quality, cost and schedule requirements.

The leader will coordinate sales and marketing resources to grow our Charlotte transportation service and meet regional business goals.

Qualifications

BS in Civil/Transportation Engineering.
15+ years of progressive experience in transportation engineering services, preferably in North Carolina.
Professional Engineer in NC/SC a plus.
Extensive experience with NCDOT.
Established relationships and experience providing transportation services to Charlotte metro-area municipalities.
A successful track record of managing projects, including scope, schedule and budget.
Strong client management and new business development skills.
Strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
