You will set vision with firm leadership, pursue strategic opportunities, and lead business development efforts with SCDOT, counties, and municipalities. Charleston HQ with flexible long-term in-person presence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of transportation engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Established professional network within South Carolina's transportation industry.
• Demonstrated success developing client relationships and supporting business growth.
• Experience leading teams, departments, or technical groups.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish the vision, direction, and growth strategy for the Transportation Department in South Carolina, and identify strategic opportunities.
• Help expand Reveer Group's transportation presence and market share.
• Participate in long-range planning and business strategy.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with SCDOT, counties, municipalities, MPOs, and transportation stakeholders.
• Identify upcoming opportunities, lead pursuit strategies, interviews, and business development efforts.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor transportation professionals, fostering ownership and accountability.
• Provide senior technical leadership and QA/QC oversight on transportation projects.
• Collaborate with leadership to balance project delivery, staff development, and department growth.
