Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking a Senior Transportation Project Manager to lead planning, design, development, and construction of transportation projects in South Carolina.

You will direct multidisciplinary teams and manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client relationships to deliver successful outcomes for local public agencies. The role demands strong leadership in preconstruction, coordination with stakeholders, and performance monitoring across project phases, with travel to client sites and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, transportation planning, architecture or related field.
• Substantial progressive experience managing transportation, infrastructure, engineering, construction, or preconstruction projects.
• Strong understanding of transportation project development and full preconstruction process in SC.
• Experience delivering projects for state DoT, municipalities, counties, or public-sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, development, and construction of transportation projects.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams including roadway, bridge, traffic, drainage, environmental, and utility specialists.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, staffing, and contractual performance.
• Lead client meetings, negotiations, and project reviews with STV leadership.
• Monitor project financial performance, earned value, invoicing, and cash flow.
