Qualifications

• Experience mentoring and developing engineering staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Central Florida transportation engineering practice and growth.
• Drive business development, expand client relationships, and identify opportunities.
• Manage backlog, revenue, schedules, budgets, and staffing for projects.
• Lead pursuit efforts: proposals, client presentations, and interviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with FDOT and local public-sector clients.
