Job summary

ACV Auctions Transportation is seeking a Transportation Administrator in Buffalo, NY to verify transport orders and help ensure timely payments to carrier partners. The role requires strong communication with carriers by phone and email, and accurate data entry in Salesforce.

Work closely with departments to convert check payments to ACH and provide exceptional service. Monday–Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; ACV emphasizes trust, transparency, and a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, transportation, or payments operations.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and roll up your sleeves.

Responsibilities

• Verify carrier payments and resolve payment inquiries.
• Ensure timely payment to carrier partners; set expectations on payment speed.
• Verify bills of lading accuracy and enter data in CRM systems.
• Provide high-quality carrier support via phone and email; secure timely resolutions.
