SkyHop Global LLC in Atlanta operates a fast-paced, 24/7 ground transportation network. We seek an hands-on Operations Manager to lead 80+ drivers, balance performance with safety, and keep schedules running smoothly.

You will analyze performance data, coach staff, ensure DOT compliance, and drive high service standards in a dynamic environment with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, transportation, retail, hospitality, or a related field.
• At least 2 years in a management capacity (overseeing schedules and day-to-day ops).
• Proven leadership; experience managing large, diverse teams (70+ employees preferred).
• Hands-on, proactive operator who leads by example under pressure.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation safety best practices.
• Open availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to support a 24/7 operation.
• Tech-savvy for scheduling, reporting, and performance tracking tools.

• Directly manage 80+ drivers, creating a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Ensure seamless, safe, on-time crew transportation and uphold high service standards.
• Provide hands-on support with scheduling, coaching, and performance management to boost service quality and morale.
• Enforce DOT regulations and company safety protocols; conduct vehicle and driver inspections.
• Review key metrics to identify trends, improve operations, and communicate performance to senior leadership.
