SkyHop Global LLC in Atlanta is seeking a Station Leader to oversee operations and lead a team delivering airline ground transportation. You will advocate for the local team and drive safety, reliability, and exceptional client satisfaction.

You will manage 50–75 drivers, ensure on-time routes, plan scheduling and KPI tracking, supervise customer relations with airline crew, and uphold a "Safety First" culture in a 24/7/365 operation.

Formación

• Intermediate computer and mobile technology skills.
• Proven track record of success in leadership and building a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Minimum of 4+ years management experience.
• Proven safety management and safety culture contributions.
• Training/coaching background preferred.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs multiple times a day and work outdoors.
• Valid driver’s license; may require special permits.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule; 24/7/365 operation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate a team of over 50-75 drivers ensuring safety, efficiency and timely operations.
• Ensure routes run on time and check in with drivers for support.
• Scheduling and operational planning including KPI, budget and talent management.
• Lead customer relations with airline crew to achieve high service levels.
• Safety management and enforcing a safety-first culture.
• Communicate issues and data to Headquarters and dispatch for resolution.
• Ensure daily Pre-Trip and Post-Trip inspections on vehicles.
• Develop drivers into accountable professionals who meet company standards.
• Support a 24/7/365 operation with flexible scheduling.
