Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is hiring a Transportation Specialist for the 2nd shift in Jefferson, United States. The role oversees daily CDL driver activities, equipment assignments, and on-time pickups, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance within policy.

The position emphasizes capacity planning, KPI monitoring, and collaboration with engineering and leadership to optimize operations and service levels.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in management, business, logistics, transportation or related field.
• Minimum of three years of related supervisory experience.
• Transportation or logistics industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of assigned Class A CDL drivers, attendance, equipment assignments, route status, and timely pickups/deliveries.
• Monitor DOT/FMCSA regulations, Hours of Service, OSHA standards, and company safety procedures.
• Track performance indicators such as on-time service, loaded-mile percentage, and asset utilization.
• Coordinate with engineering to address capacity and service planning.
• Coach drivers, manage attendance, and enforce company policies.
• Use TMS and reporting tools to document operations and communicate with customers and leadership.
